2015 Australian Age of Dinosaurs - Minmi 1oz Silver Proof Coin

The Minmi is the fourth coin in this exciting new five-coin series featuring Australian dinosaurs that existed in the Cretaceous Period between 112 and 102 million years ago.
Minmi was a quadruped which walked on all four legs, although its hind legs were slightly longer than its front legs. At only three metres long, this dinosaur was small by armoured dinosaur standards and would have browsed on ferns and other low growing plants. Minmi possessed a horny beak with which it would have been able to selectively nip off small fruits and seeds.

The Perth Mint will release no more than 5,000 of the Australian Age of Dinosaurs Series – Minmi 2015 1oz Silver Proof Coloured Coin.
