Description
Anzac Day – April 25 – is recognised as a ceremonial occasion to reflect on the cost of war, a day of commemoration for all Australian and New Zealand soldiers who died in all wars, conflicts, and peacekeeping operations, and the contribution and suffering of all those who have served on behalf of their country.
The reverse design portrays a Bushmaster Protected Mobility Vehicle in the background with a soldier in the cabin of the vehicle. A bugler in silhouette, the inscription ‘Lest We Forget’ and the date, April 25, are also incorporated into the design.
