This stunning 2023 Fine Silver Proof Year Set comprises six beautifully manufactured fine silver coins featuring Australia’s iconic circulating designs.
This stunning set of six fine silver coins features Australia’s iconic circulating designs, and The Queen Elizabeth II Memorial Obverse as a commemoration of the seventy year reign of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth.
Originally created by world renowned artists Stuart Devlin and Horst Hahne the six designs within this set would have traditionally been recreated in shallow relief in plasticine and plaster. These skills have now evolved to encompass 3D modelling using the latest computer software. Skilled machinists then cut both the positive master tools and negative production dies, ready for artisan engravers to bring each design to life with layers of detailed frosting and polish.
