The Perth Mint released a special show coin for the 2020 Sydney Money Expo, due to take place in Sydney on the 24-25 of October 2020, featuring the spectacular coloured 2021 Year of the Ox design.
Although the Money Expo was cancelled due to COVID-19, The Perth Mint is releasing the special product in support of ANDA.
Those born under the sign of the Chinese lunar ox in 2021, 2009, 1997, 1985, 1973 and every 12th preceding year are said to be kind, intelligent, honest and reliable. Admired for their strong work ethic, logical mindset and calm demeanour, they are recognised as great leaders.
Each coin is struck by The Perth Mint from 1/4oz of 99.99% pure silver.
The Perth Mint will release no more than 2,021 of the 2021 Year of the Ox 1/4oz Silver Coloured Coin in special 2020 Sydney Money Expo ANDA Special packaging.
