2009 Great Russian Minds Nikolai Gogol 1oz Silver Dollar Coin

The Perth Mint has released a new coin series which has proven very popular and is now available to all. The first of the coins to be released is Nikolai Gogol. The Ukrainian born Russian playwright and novelist who was born 200 years ago in 1809. The coins design depicts a coloured image of Nikolai Gogal and three of his famous characters. The Perth Mint has released this 1oz silver proof under the Government of the Tuvalu and has a limited mintage of only 6,000 coins. The 1oz silver coin comes with a numbered certificate.
